Super Greens Pancakes

2/3 cup pancake mix (I use Kodiak Cakes)

1/2 cup milk or water

1 big handful of spinach or kale

1 teaspoon vanilla

Blend the water or milk with the greens in a high speed blender till it looks like a smoothie. Stir into pancake batter. If the batter is runny, add a bit more pancake mix. If the batter is thick, add more liquid. This gets easier the more times you make the pancakes.

Cook on the griddle, about 4 minutes on the first side, 2 minutes on the second. BE PATIENT AND LET THEM COOK! MAKE SURE TO GREASE THE PAN!!!!
