What I eat In A Day September 2020
Breakfast: Homemade carrot banana mango muffins and some grapes. Eaten with a huge pot of tea.
Lunch: sandwich with avocado, portobello mushroom, pesto, grilled onions, sprouts and lettuce on ciabatta
Dinner: bolognese with kidney beans
Snack: yogurt with protein powder, cookie bits, sunflower butter and granola
