Base Day 5: CHRISTMAS!

Merry Christmas to all who celebrate!

I began the day with a 17 miler in the sort of rain with my teammate Mike. It felt rather good (thanks day off yesterday!) and we were done by 7:45AM! Why did I get up at 5:15? Who knows except I wouldn’t have rather been anywhere else.

PM: 45 minute bike

Extra: foam rolling
